Shipping and delivery.

In Riyadh:
If the customer is in Riyadh, delivery will take place within a period of 1 to 3 business days after confirming the order and payment, and the customer will be contacted by the shipping company via phone call, text message or WhatsApp on the day of delivery.

Outside Riyadh:
If the customer is outside Riyadh or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivery will take place within a period of 3 to 7 business days, and the customer will be contacted by the shipping company via phone call, text message or WhatsApp on the day of delivery.

Dear customer, if you order from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you must pay the customs fees assigned by the competent authorities in the country.

For orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we would like to inform you that if the customer does not wish to receive the order or does not respond to the representative of the shipping companies or appears to be negligent in receiving the order in any way, we inform you that the order will be destroyed without a refund of the amount paid.
